Exchange Policy:

  1. If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please record a clear unboxing video as proof.
  2. Once our team verifies the issue, we will process an exchange and deliver the replacement product within 7–10 business days.

Refund Policy

  1. We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item. After inspection, we will inform you whether your refund is approved.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
